Lead times
Custom-job estimates begin after the quote is approved, the required payment is received, and all design questions are resolved. Target dates are estimates unless KeyMoura confirms a deadline in writing.
Shipping
Available services and charges are shown or confirmed before fulfillment. Tracking is added to the customer order page when available. Delivery dates controlled by the carrier are estimates.
Address changes
Send address corrections before shipment. Customers are responsible for complete, accurate delivery information; rerouting or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged separately.
Local pickup
Wait until the order page says the item is ready and pickup details have been confirmed. Bring the order number and identification if requested.
Damage or loss
Report visible shipping damage promptly with photos of the item, packaging, and label. Keep all packaging while a carrier claim is reviewed.
